Electrically Conductive Compressed Gas CNG Transfer Hose 350 Bar

CNG hose incoporated with steel wire is a general hose, what about the hose embedded with aramid fibers?

Comparing with the general type, the CNG hose with aramid fibers is more flexible, more easy to handle, high pressure is guaranteed.

Without steel wire, the hose can still keep anti-static, because we use a " conductive " material to produce the inner tube. It is safe when being used in gas stations.

High pressure hose suitable for CNG refueling applications featuring conductive inner tube to dissipate static electric build up.
Extra tough cover for abrasion water and micro biological resistance.
Non metallic lightweight design for easy handling and manipulation.
Rugged construction to give kink - crush - twist and pull resistance.

In addition to taking the lead in development and mass production of polyure-thane reinforced
hose series (widely used in power steering systems of various buses and vehicles). Our company
studied and developed CNG special hose series relying on our own technical force in 2006. It is
being widely used in the connection pipeline system of loading and unloading between CNG
cylinder cars and pressure reduction station or parent stations.

The product is easy to install and convenient to use. Special CNG hose assembly includes
different coupling means: ball valve, quick coupling and flange, so it is convenient to adjust the
distance of loading and unloading.

The product has strong pressure adaptability. Range of application: 1.0MPa-35Mpa, can meet the
needs of different customers.
